CML's In-Service Resources

In its collection of recommended resources, CML has located — or developed — materials that may be used to organize an in-service for a school faculty, departmental team or an area workshop for teachers. CML provides professional development workshops and implementation services.

• CML MediaLit Kit — an evolving "toolkit" of resources outlining an inquiry-based framework for media literacy education. Includes books and a system for the Theory and Practice of media literacy; a complete case study on Implementation;  PowerPoint presentations for professional development, model curricula, and a collection of PDF handout documents. Each curricula featured in this Kit have been piloted, tested and evaluated in classrooms.
